We believe @konabakehouse is no stranger to many of us as they have been baking bagels for us since the beginning of our business. I first met Emerson through his baking class and his attention towards baking details is inspiring. He matters the quality of ingredients, equipment and the people behind it in crafting the baked goods.
The Mentaiko Open Sandwich is the crowd's favourite. We bake the potatoes from scratch, and lay it on sourdough. Then, we top it on with juicy tomatoes, creamy mentalko mayo & mozzarella cheese. While typing this, I am already drooling by imagining the melted mozzarella cheese stretch up the air.
This sandwich will be the perfect complement to a cup of filter coffee.
