I first knew Terence through Galette making class and he was about to begin his venture in producing great sourdough bread. He then started @hallaholla_bakery and that was where magic happened.

This combination of brie cheese, freshly cut tomato and balsamic vinaigrette might seem ordinary yet the taste synergy is explosive. We serve them warm to keep your palate satisfied too.
