Lot Gene: It is a mix of several Geisha lots picked on the same day in mimas estate farm,
located in Callejón Seco, Boquete
Flavour Profile: Natural Orange Blossom, Clementine, Persimmon, Pear and Pomelo
Processing Method: Natural. After picking, the cherries undergo floatation to remove low-density beans, then sun-dry for 25 days on African raised beds at 1800 masl until 11% humidity. Finally, the beans rest in grain-pro bags in a temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse.
